The shower space was really small, but the bed was super comfy!

I have to say, the very narrow stairs were thrilling. who doesn’t love a little risk? The rude host didn’t quite understand basic hospitality, and I was absolutely shocked there wasn’t a complimentary welcome gift for such a famous establishment. I nearly wrote a good review, but the lack of courtesy just ruined it for me.

would definitely come back here.
The location is incredible! So close to the Duomo, we could see it from our room. The bed was super comfy and had all the essentials, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. We were able to leave our luggage all day after check-out, which was a huge help!

The stunning views of the Duomo were unforgettable.
I was disappointed by the cramped facilities. The bathrooms were smaller than expected, and unfortunately, the elevator had a mind of its own, leaving me frustrated when it failed repeatedly. I found the breakfast options quite bland and lacking in variety, which made the mornings disappointing after a long day of exploring.

We were absolutely thrilled with our room's breathtaking view of the Duomo! The staff was incredibly responsive to our needs, making our stay feel personalized. Breakfast served to our room with freshly baked croissants was the cherry on top.
However, the stairs leading to the lift could be a bit challenging, especially for those with larger luggage.

great view but some issues
The view from the room was breathtaking! ! Watching the city come alive at sunset was unforgettable. The room was well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, making for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the helpful staff who facilitated our early check-in. Finally, the free Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, enhancing our experience.
The breakfast options were uninspired, lacking variety for a longer stay.

It was a commendable fit for a quick stop in Florence and great for the money. The lift was a pleasant surprise, making it easier to manage our luggage after a long day of exploring. Keep your windows closed at night for a quieter experience.

The location can’t be beaten. stepping outside leads right to the historic square, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating our requests and even providing a kettle for tea, enhancing our comfort. However, the stairs leading to the lift could pose difficulties for those with mobility issues, and while the breakfast was adequate, it could use a bit more variety. Rooms were clean and provided stunning views, although some noise from the outside could be heard when the windows were open.
